We just get together and talk about what is going on in our lives and find solutions on how to support. Maybe you are struggling at work, or home, or just adjusting to life. Its a safe place to come and talk and find people that understand. Also, maybe things are going really good. Maybe you just got a new job, or car or something. You can share with others and give them hope that its possible for them too.
