Valley Charities Customer Appreciation Day

‘Fur’ever Friends’ Name Your Pet Price ‘Dog’ Adoptions provided by the Matanuska Animal Care Facility from 11 am to 1 pm. Cash only please at this off-site location. Dogs adopted will be provided a pet carrier, courtesy of the Matanuska Animal Care Facility.
Kids, get ready because we’ll also be handing out the 2024 Backyard Birding Challenge journals and a fun goody bag to kids up to the age of 12 years old while supplies last. Shannon Jensen will be onsite, inside turn-A-leaf Thrift Store from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a table of bird artifacts (skulls, eggs and feathers), educational info and share information about visiting the Alaska WildBird Rehabilitation Center
