Mind Sharpener meets for one hour, twice a week, for a total of 24 sessions over 12 weeks. Classes are virtual and provide a fun, social, and stimulating experience for participants.
This full-brain workout is for persons who are experiencing mild symptoms of memory loss and may benefit from a structured exercise program tailored for them.
Mind Sharpenerโข offers a unique series of brain exercises based on the principles of neuroplasticity: our brains are capable of constantly rewiring and building stronger neural networks that enhance cognitive abilities.
The classes focus on exercising the six major areas of the brain:
Memory
Concentration
Processing Speed
Visual-Spatial Acuity
Language
Problem Solving
