Wednesday, June 15, 5:30 pm: So You Want to Write a Book? A panel discussion featuring the Alaska Writer’s Guild (older kids, teens, and adults)
The Wasilla Museum and Visitor Center, Wasilla Public Library, and the Wasilla Library Association, our devoted Friends group, have partnered to host Illustrating Alaska at the museum this summer. Illustrating Alaska is a traveling exhibit that features original picture book art from Alaskan artists and teaches viewers about the process of creating a book from start to finish. The library will be hosting several events at the museum this summer to highlight the exhibit. Be sure to add it to your summer activity list!
