Fall 2022 Reentry Simulation

You are Invited to Participate in the Mat-Su Reentry Coalitions Fall 2022 Reentry Simulation
What: The Reentry Simulation is a participatory activity that seeks to raise awareness about the process of reentering the community from a correctional institution, and to educate participants about the barriers and challenges associated with reentry. This hands-on activity will put participants into the role of a reentrant where one must balance decisions regarding accessing social services, entering into the workforce, obtaining identification, and finding housing while simultaneously complying with supervision and managing limited resources.
When: Thursday, November 3, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. (Doors will open at 9:50 AM, and the Reentry Simulation will start at 10:00 AM)
Where: At the Menard Sports Center, located at 1001 S. Clapp Street, Wasilla.
