Community Choice Health Summit

Introducing the first-ever Community Choice Health Summit for Houston & Big Lake!
We are thrilled to announce this pilot project that will bring together local residents and skilled facilitators to answer the question: “What local wellness initiative deserves your community’s attention in the next 365 days?”
Participants will have the unique opportunity to work together to shape the health of their homes through conversation and collaboration, resulting in community-informed initiatives to improve health and wellness.
Attendees will vote on 1-2 initiatives and receive funding from the Mat-Su Health Foundation!
📍 Houston High School
