Balance Self Care Group for Women
January 19 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm AKST
Join us in person or virtually to connect with like-minded women and learn/discuss several different self-care activities and strategies. This group is held on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month from 1-2pm at our Wasilla location.
This group is also held at a different date and time at our Anchorage location. Please call 907-248-4777 for more information on the Anchorage group.
