Drug Take Back Day

Saturday October 25th from 10am – 2pm safely dispose of your unused medications at Fred Meyer in Wasilla and Palmer.
Safely disposing of unused medications it can reduce prescription drug abuse, accidental poisoning, and protects our water and environment.
Drop off unused or expired medications in original packaging or a generic bag without your personal information. Liquid products, such as cough syrup, should remain tightly sealed in original container.
Syringes and medical waster cannot be accepted due to potential hazard posed by blood-borne pathogens.
