Veteran Community Engagement- Palmer

Mat-Su Health Foundation is hosting a discussion group for the Community Health Needs Assessment, and we want to hear from our community veterans! If you have served in the United States military or care for someone who has, please join us for this in-person opportunity to let your voice be heard!
Snacks will be provided and each participant will receive a $50 grocery gift card.
