Reach new heights this summer with our rock climbing course for teens. Packed full of adventure, this three-day rock climbing course starts from the ground up, no prior experience is necessary. You’ll learn the essential rock climbing skills such as climbing techniques, knot tying, belaying, communication and rappelling.

Rock climbing offers a unique blend of physical and mental challenges as each climb presents a unique puzzle to solve, requiring strategic thinking and problem solving. This is a top rope climbing program. Instructors set up an anchor at the top of the climb and students climb with a rope and a belay partner. Students learn to run safety checks to double check their equipment and climb or rappel under the instructors’ supervision.

Working together as a team is essential to rock climbing. As we build trust and a supportive environment we create a strong sense of community, lasting memories and friendships.

This three day course is from 9:00am – 4:30pm each day. Breakfast, snacks and lunch along with all necessary equipment is provided.
