This program assists individuals with discovering and working toward personal goals for a happy\, healthy life. If you are attending the group for the first time\, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This group is available to adults 18 and older. You do not need to enroll in this outpatient treatment program to attend. \nEvery Wednesday 1-2:30 p.m.
