Research shows that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional well-being. It reduces anxiety and depression\, boosts happiness\, and can even give people a boost when maintaining healthy lifestyle habits like diet and exercise. Other benefits include increasing motivation\, boosting happiness\, enhancing self-worth\, and increasing resilience during life’s challenges. \nThis workshop will contain meditations\, cover different topics to enhance mindfulness and self-compassion\, discussions\, and practice exercises. Research shows that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional well-being. It reduces anxiety and depression\, boosts happiness\, and can even give people a boost when maintaining healthy lifestyle habits like diet and exercise. Other benefits include increasing motivation\, boosting happiness\, enhancing self-worth\, and increasing resilience during life’s challenges. \nThis workshop will contain meditations\, cover different topics to enhance mindfulness and self-compassion\, discussions\, and practice exercises.
