DESCRIPTION:Stuff the Bus Back-to-School Fair at Amazing Grace Academy\nMonday\, July 27: Setup day\, 12-3pm\nTuesday\, July 28: Event Day\, vendors\, volunteers and partners may arrive at 9am. The backpack/supply giveaway will run from 10:30-4:30pm. \nWe invite you to register as a vendor for this year’s event. You will also have the opportunity to register as an event volunteer in the same form. Vendors are encouraged to consider bringing a popup tent and joining our outdoor carnival area. We would love to expand the outdoor area so that families may hang out\, visit booths\, take part in games/activities and make some new friends. Indoor space is also available on a limited basis\, inside the gym. \nVendors are welcome to set up on Monday\, July 27. All belongings will be secured for you overnight.  \nAs always\, tables\, chairs\, snacks\, beverages\, and a light lunch will be provided on event day (Tuesday\, July 28).  \nPlease note that any materials\, activities and information must be accessible and relevant to students grades K-12.  \nFILL OUT VENDOR FORM HERE: \nweblink.donorperfect.com/StufftheBusVendors
