DESCRIPTION:Reach new heights in this five-day summer adventure! Learn the essential rock climbing skills such as climbing techniques\, knot tying\, belaying\, communication and rappelling. Camping out each night and adventuring all day\, this is an action-packed week! \nPacked full of adventure this five-day rock climbing course starts from the ground up. From belaying to mindfulness techniques we’ll teach you all the basics necessary for you to develop solid climbing abilities. This program assists individuals with discovering and working toward personal goals for a happy\, healthy life. If you are attending the group for the first time\, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This group is available to adults 18 and older. You do not need to enroll in this outpatient treatment program to attend. \nEvery Wednesday 1-2:30 p.m.
