This program assists individuals with discovering and working toward personal goals for a happy\, healthy life. If you are attending the group for the first time\, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This group is available to adults 18 and older. You do not need to enroll in this outpatient treatment program to attend. \nEvery Wednesday 1-2:30 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our 3rd year of Get Moving Mat Su fun runs. There will be 3 route options; 1-mile\, 5K OR a 5-mile. This is FREE and FUN for all. You can walk\, ride your bikes\, ride a scooter\, run\, jog\, push a stroller\, however you want to MOVE. This season we will be raising money for a local non-profit; Mat Su Trails & Parks Foundation. Their mission is to be the trails and parks resource for a healthy community in the Mat-SU. AND this year\, we are also going to be offering kids sports scholarships.
